Very friendly and amazing family business, we got everything we needed to fix our doors and windows. Highly recommend and trustful store in South Shore.

My window handles are broken and can't be fixed anywhere. They found a replacement parts and gave us back the original part that still works, telling us that it's still work and just buy the broken part. I think they are very honest! This is very valuable.

I recently got a screen fixed here, They were Complicated to work with. Once they started the work they were done within one day, which was great but when I picked up the screen it was very loose and not put together well. They proceeded to tell me once I got the screen in the window frame that it would tighten up which was just a way to cover up the bad repairs. I would NOT recommend getting screens fixed here.

I cannot speak about their quality of work because we didn’t even get that far- the receptionist was so rude and condescending when I called we will not be doing business with them, which is unfortunate because we heard good things about them. Being spoken to like that is not a good first impression for a business.

We had a patio door that's been bothering us for years as it would struggle to open and close. The staff here showed us the problem (the wheels) and only charged us $10 to reverse the top wheels with the bottom wheels. Now the patio door slides open and closed like a hockey puck on ice

Great variety, excellent service! The place could look better though, but if looks don't bother you, their products and service are very good.
