Good place to buy your electrical equipment to house . But some good customers service to be need to improve . Very sleepy customers service . Thats the one of negative thing in this shop. And need more stock with every product that you display inside of the shop. if customers choose something , most of times the product not available in this shop for the moment . Too bad. But good collection .

Change of review due to the outstanding service we received when buying a new 'stick' vacuum cleaner. I won't relate the whole story here but will just summarise that the experience was 100% satisfactory, and the product we ended up buying is a 100% fit for the needs we expressed in the store. The website is still poor, but this shopping experience was so good I'll not take a star off for that.

I bought a fridge on the 13th August 2020 directly at the shop. I was assisted by a Gentle man Romain who was very professional and helpful. The delivery was noted and confirmed for 20th of August 2020, as a matter of fact I had all the food and beverages outside my old one expecting the delivery by end of the evening latest but I've never received any messages or call on their behalf. The next day I call the customer service they stated that there was no delivery booked for me. And that was mentionned crystal clear that it's for the 20th. Customer service cannot provide me the phone number of the shop so I've to go there in person to compaint. Yet all the foods are spoiled to be trashed. That's unfair and not professional. Lack of faith.. just too bad. Be careful for the delivery guys. Back again on same product. Moving to new appartment in april 2024. The fridge was neither freezing nor cooling. Called the SAV since extended guarantee was bought for €129.99. A technician came home home after 1 week, he concluded that the compressor is OOS. Okay, he ordered the wrong item and dare to come to replace it after 1.5 month. Then the funny guy said ' oohh im sorry this is not the correct item but no worries I'll replace an order. . Well, fellows... in this country here there's not a professional commercial who really delivery guests satisfaction. Briefly I've have been without my fridge 'combi samsung ' for 3 month then i called back for them to tell me ' oh sir we have decided to change your fridge against a new one with same technical stuff.' Then, i just received a new one. All the best to you all..
