We bought 7 triple glazed windows online. Fantastic website with pricing straight away. The windows arrived in 4 weeks and the quality is superb. Communication was instant over the telephone . We are now going to order the next batch for our downstairs in our renovation in Montcuq , France

Super quality window, much better than I had expected. I would definitely recommend these guys and I will absolutely use them again. Solid construction, well made, super quality painted finish.

I am very pleased with both the quality and ease of fitting of the windows. The delivery time was excellent and being English, to be able to talk to the team in English helped me tremendously. The first 2 windows were a test on quality and of coarse value for money, I now have no hesitation in ordering the remaining windows and doors for my house refurbishment.

Superb service, value and excellent quality product. A 100% positive experience from start to finish. Order process & configuration of windows incredibly intuitive and easy. Above all though was the fantastic and reliable customer service received from Mona Momaicina at Fenetre 24. A very helpful, incredibly professional, friendly and responsive individual who it was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the first communication right up to the delivery of the windows and some minor post delivery technical questions. Could not have asked for better, thank you sincerely Mona. Highly recommended.

I don't recommend. My order took 2 months to arrive and then was incorrectly manufactured. The customer service to rectify the problem is poor. They expect me to pay the installer extra money to fix their mistake. The quality is good, but the service is bad.
