Good stock but patchy service. I spent 400 euros on a 7 metre ladder which was found to be badly damaged when I got it home. After another 2 hour return journey to return it, they put it back into general stock for some other poor unsuspecting g customer.

Very helpful staff who seem to have a good understanding of the materials and equipment they are selling. A good DIY shop.

Huge range of items for any project. The staff are friendly and helpful and some speak English. Prices are competitive and are even better value if you purchase the loyalty card which can then give you a 10% discount. Returns are also very quick and simple.

Superb range of products and helpful, knowledgeable staff. Prices are reasonable for a national chain but there are cheaper alternatives if you are prepared to shop around. Plenty of free parking but the shop does get busy. Regular workshops for ideas and inspiration

Excellent shop although you do have to walk around the whole shop unless you know where to look.

Bought some lovely things for our ensuite. Rather disappointed that the draws to our bathroom cabinet needed to be built properly. And the rain shower mixer didn't have any sealing washers. Rather frustrating as we were paying a plumber to install all of this. We live to far away to just come for a replacement

Good service. Good stock. Decent price. Great return policy. Not much else can be said.

Huge store with pretty much everything you could want (from a hardware & gardening shop). Staff were great when the item scanned more expensive than the label on the shelf.
