No phone answering, I've been trying to reach them for 25 min, on open hours. That's not professional at all. A ringing phone without answering for a customer.

It's a big hardware store and if you're looking for grilling equipment, I have to say, these guys have it! Charcoal, grills and all the accessories are in stock here.

I did not find the products I was looking for, although they were available on the website. On prices, is in the range of the group, which itself is not on the cheap side, considering the online competition. Still lots of customers, lots of cars in the big parking space. This shop is mostly for gardening but they are not telling you that before. So don't make the trip there if you are looking for something else.

Good place. The wowan at the reception was very helpfull and very nice.....which does not happen often in that place. I put 5 stars because of the wowan. She knows what helping customers means!

Good help in big projects. Horrible service in their rental facility! Staff can be difficult to find and sometimes you can wonder if they really want to be there. Ask for Aurelie, though, and you'll get someone who really cares about your project and helps you bring Ito to fruition (though you have to be very clear about what you are doing!)
