Liars, avoid. Spent thousands of euros here in 2021-22, paid money for a loyalty card (what a fool) and earned a discount. Recently told me by telephone that they would honour my discount and now in person they say the system changed six weeks ago and there’s nothing they can do.

Personally I don't enjoy going to Leroy merlin. Sure on the face of it its prettier then brico depot but most commodities are 20% more expensive straight off the bat, cables, sockets, plumbing, timber insulation , everything +20%. Staff in the shop are unhelpful and don't ever go near lunchtime or closing because just like carrefour you will be hounded out of the place even if your planning on spending money. Many of the items on display in bathroom section are on lengthy lead times, a better choice than brico but you can probably order online from Spain and get things quicker. So ok but at best average customer service experience.
