These are their products. 59.9 delivery fee, then sent me these ‘good quality’ boards. None of them without damages. Are you serious?

I find it amazing how you can build a new shop and recruit the worst employees you can find to give advice to customers. They are not properly trained and no one cares what they are doing. I spent three hours to try to get four kitchen cupboards in the middle of the day when I was the only customer. I knew exactly what I wanted so in 10 min it should have been order finalized. When I realized that the young guy who was left there had no idea what he was doing I decided to leave and on my way out I asked for a manager. Al I’ve got was an A4 piece of paper to right down my complaints. It used to be so easy at the old shop they had in Saint-Ouen. I knew the guys working there because I was ordering materials all the time. A new system, a big failure. I can’t believe that someone got payed to come out with this new disappointing concept.

This is a big one, so you can find anything you want, I prefer it to IKEA sometimes because you find more unique and nice designs of for example lamps and wallpapers. They also have a self checkout point

Very polite and competent personnel but the quality of the Leroy Merlin brands is really mediocre. The choice of products is also relatively limited in relation to its size.

Brand new shop, quite similar to the one in Nanterre, layout is similar so you quickly find what you are looking for.
