Truck entrance- (45.5711436, -73.6074603) Really fast unloading and polite people. But one sign which says “truck entrance” should be installed

Terrible Customer service. I called for a large project and the secretary would not let me speak to a salesperson. She insisted that I send her the plans and if they were interested they may call me back. No thanks. I'd rather give my business to a company that values it.
