We left our keys inside the apartment and the housing agency could not help us until the next day. This gentleman came quickly (around 40 minutes) and he opened our door extremely quickly (perhaps 3 or 4 minutes). He was kind and professional. He quoted 180 Euro to open our door. There was an additional fee of 60 Euro for travel that was not in the initial quote and he charged after opening the door and as we paid. However, I think it was a fair price. He came late at night, he did a good job, and it helped us a lot. I recommend his work and I suggest that you communicate clearly your issue, the expected price, and double-check if there are extras like travel costs. Please also remember that the price you get quoted will depend on what happened. We closed but did not lock a relatively simple door. The situation may be completely different in your case. It is not cheap to get emergency help from a professional, but there is a reason for that. You need them, and they have special skills.

Excellent serrurier.

Merci !
